Accredo Health Group, Inc. is a pharmaceutical company that distributes products used in the treatment of cancer & associated anemias, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, HIV, Hepatitis, and other chronic rare medical conditions. Dr. Tate has used her two years of experience in her field to become proficient in providing therapy for cystic fibrosis, DVT, HIV, osteoporosis as well as cancer & anemia patients. Her day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing team productivity, ensuring patient compliance & customer satisfaction, processing orders, problem solving & troubleshooting. She became involved in her profession because she was always interested in the medical field. She attributes her success to her determination and the support she receives from her family. Dr. Tate is a newlywed, recently married to Mr. William Tate in 2007.
Dr. Tate earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy in 2006 and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of Memphis in 2001. She is a member of several professional organizations including Phi Lambda Sigma National Pharmacy Leadership Society, the Memphis Area Pharmacists Society, the Tennessee Pharmacists Association, and the American Pharmacists Association as well as the Luther C. McClellan Club of the University of Memphis Alumni Association; Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi; Golden Key International Honor Society and Phi Sigma Pi International Honor Fraternity. She has been the recipient of 2004 Student National Pharmaceutical Association Chapter Award for Community Service and numerous scholarships. Dr. Tate's future goals include earning a master's degree in healthcare management and becoming an ordained minister.
