Esposito, President of Physique Personal Fitness, Inc., & Physique Fitness Club, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of fitness training and women's total wellness.
Ms. Esposito brings 15 years of professional experience to Physique Personal Fitness/ Physique Fitness Club, a fitness center committed to providing a full range of professional cardio and strength training to women of all ages. She specializes in conducting fitness training and exercise classes for women with all body types, focusing on those clients who are obese and post-rehabilitation patients, and is primarily responsible for conducting and coordinating exercise, yoga and support groups, working closely with charity organizations that help women in need.
A Certified Professional Fitness Trainer, Ms. Esposito is a member of the International Fitness Professional Association. She is an avid supporter of women's cancer survivor support groups, pancreatic cancer research and "Speak Up," an anxiety and panic attack support group. Ms. Esposito conducts mind and body meditation and relaxation groups and aspires to expand her business throughout the tri-state area.
The Physique Fitness Club of Physique Personal Fitness, Inc. periodically hosts guest speakers who target women's health issues, renewing the spirit, along with promoting women-based businesses, i.e., Avon, May Kay, Pamper Chef, The Soap Bakery and others on a quarterly basis.
