Room It Up Donates To The Breast Cancer Research Foundation
A portion of the proceeds made from the company's 'Thinkin' Pink' Lap Desk featuring the Breast Cancer Pink Ribbon is being donated
STUART, FL, January 04, 2010 /Cancer PR News/ -- Lifestyle accessory brand, Room It Up is making a donation to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF). The company is donating 20% of the profits made in 2009 from each 'Thinkin' Pink Lap Desk', which features the breast cancer pink ribbon.
"When Room It Up was deciding which breast cancer foundation to donate our funds, we found BCRF's mission and efforts towards the prevention and cure of the disease to be extremely significant. We are excited to be able to make this donation to them and hope to continue a strong relationship with BCRF in 2010," says Room It Up CEO, Jamie Chauss.
According to BCRF's website a minimum of 85 cents of every dollar donated goes directly to research and awareness programs. Additionally, the BCRF boasts some of the highest ratings from charity watchdogs for responsible and efficient use of funds.
